PRIVATE FACILITIES
For anyone wishing to have their own private room we offer well appointed and excellently positioned facilities. All have a private balcony, CCTV, private bar area, totesport facilities, and the option to enjoy a served meal or an informal buffet.
Pipalong Room
Situated in the Main Stand opposite the Winning Post and will accommodate 20-25 people.

Dalby Stand Private Boxes
We are now able to offer 18 superbly situated private boxes in our Dalby Stand. Boxes can accommodate between 16 and 130 guests.
What Is Included?
All prices include room hire, admission badges and full use of all the facilities throughout the Racecourse. Guests in all the private facilities receive a complimentary pen, racecard and free car parking facilities on the day.
Payment Terms
A £200 deposit will be required to secure a private facility and full payment will be required at least six weeks prior to the event.
A refund will be given for any unused badges that are returned to the Secretary’s Office before the first race on the day.
All prices are subject to VAT.
There are two ways that you can book a Private Facility at Pontefract Racecourse. We offer all inclusive dining packages or parties may wish to 'build' their own bespoke package.

When booking a bespoke box package, customers will be required to pay for their box, badges and catering individually.
