PRIVATE FACILITIES

For anyone wishing to have their own private room we offer well appointed and excellently positioned facilities. All have a private balcony, CCTV, private bar area, totesport facilities, and the option to enjoy a served meal or an informal buffet.

SPECIAL OFFER IN 2010

For every box booked between May and September, you will qualify for a free box at one of the meetings in April or October (subject to availability). The box hire will be free - however admission badges and any catering requirements that you have will still be chargeable.

Pipalong Room

Situated in the Main Stand opposite the Winning Post and will accommodate 20-25 people.

Dalby Stand Private Boxes

We are now able to offer 18 superbly situated private boxes in our Dalby Stand.  Boxes can accommodate between 16 and 130 guests.

What Is Included?

All prices include room hire, admission badges and full use of all the facilities throughout the Racecourse. Guests in all the private facilities receive a complimentary pen, racecard and free car parking facilities on the day.

Payment Terms

A £200 deposit is required to secure a private facility and full payment is required at least six weeks prior to the event.

A refund will be given for any unused badges that are returned to the Secretary’s Office before the first race on the day.

All prices are subject to VAT.

There are two ways that you can book a Private Facility at Pontefract Racecourse.  We offer all inclusive dining packages or parties may wish to 'build' their own bespoke package.

The BESPOKE package allows you to book your private hospitality box, entrance badges and catering requirements separately.

The ALL INCLUSIVE package means that we do this for you and you have an all inclusive price per head.

We have not increased any prices in 2010 - in fact some have been reduced.  The prices depend on your specific raceday. There are 2 pricing tiers:
